From August 23 to 25, the 10th 2024 University of Washington International Alumni Association event was held in Hong Kong.
Zhuang Yating, head of the company's international department (a 2016 graduate of the University of Washington), attended the event and gave an on-site introduction to the OPA silicon photonic chip project.
The event featured four forums on economics and trade, technological innovation, cultural exchange, and virtual reality, inviting renowned industry alumni and outstanding scientific and technological alumni to share their insights. At the startup booth, Zhuang Yating invited University of Washington President Ana Mari Cauce and University of Washington Vice President for International Development Ray Li to the booth to introduce the OPA silicon photonic chip project.

Zhuang Yating introduced the OPA project to Principal Ana Mari Cauce and President Ray Li. At this event, 2D 16-channel, 32-channel, and 64-channel OPA chip products and OPA packaging modules were demonstrated to alumni guests, attracting the attention of many alumni from related industries.

as a keynote speaker. After the meeting, Zhuang Yating introduced the OPA silicon photonic chip to Senior Gu and had a brief exchange with him.
