Job Requirements

1. Master's degree or above, with a background in optics, optical engineering, electronic information, or other related fields.

2. Proficient in diffraction simulation and optical design, and able to independently complete structural design and optimization. Proficiency in using FDTD, CST, Rsoft, Matlab, and other software is required. 3. Experience in optical coupling processes and optical communication design is preferred. 4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate with colleagues from other departments. 5. Excellent recent graduates are welcome.

Job Responsibilities

1. Familiar with semiconductor process flow and possess the ability to identify and handle anomalies.

2. Ability to organize and summarize experimental data.

3. Responsible for silicon photonics tapeout.

4. Analyze and handle anomalies during tapeout.

5. Complete experimental data organization and process documentation revisions.

Job Requirements

1. Engineering major in optoelectronics, microelectronics, electronic information engineering, chemical engineering, etc.

2. Applicants with at least two years of semiconductor chip process experience are preferred.

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the establishment, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company's quality management system, ensuring compliance with international standards such as ISO9001 and customer-specific requirements;

2. Organize internal audits, track the rectification of non-conformities, and ensure the effective operation of the quality management system;

3. Assist in supplier quality assessment and management to ensure stable supply chain quality;

4. Participate in quality planning during product development and provide quality control strategy recommendations;

5. Collect and analyze quality data, identify potential issues, and provide improvement recommendations.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree, major not limited; experience in system organization training preferred;

2. Knowledge of quality management, familiarity with ISO9001 and other quality management system standards;

3. Excellent communication skills and teamwork, able to effectively coordinate cross-departmental work;

4. Proficiency in office software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint); data analysis skills preferred;

5. Basic understanding of or practical experience with quality tools (e.g., FMEA, MSA, SPC).
